Customer Service Representative (Italian speaker)

About the Role 
We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative (Italian Speaker) to join our team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling incoming requests, logging issues and ensuring clients are kept informed throughout the resolution process. Most information and documentation are available online. The Customer Service Representative primarily handles issues and exceptional cases when clients cannot find satisfactory assistance through the available online resources.

Your Responsibilities 
- Receive and handle incoming calls and emails from clients reporting technical issues or requesting assistance. 
- Log all reported issues accurately in Antek's IT system. 
- Forward issues to the relevant technical team and follow up on their status. 
- Keep clients informed about the progress and resolution of their requests. 
- Maintain clear and prompt communication with both clients and internal teams. 

Requirements 
- Italian language: C1 level or higher (fluent and accurate knowledge of Italian is required - daily communication with Italian-speaking clients)
- English language: B2 level or higher (required for internal team communication) 
- Very highly reliable Internet connection available in a silent, independent working space.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, attentive and reliable 
- Previous experience in customer support or in a call center environment is considered an advantage
