About the Role

As a Relocation Guide, you’ll work directly with clients who are preparing to move their homes internationally and across US. Through a one-way video call, you’ll guide them as they show you the items they plan to relocate, while documenting the items and their weight using our platform with an integrated AI to speed up the process.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct video sessions with clients preparing for relocation
• Guide clients through a virtual walkthrough of their home
• Record and categorize items into an online system
• Estimate shipment volume based on observed items
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all reports
