The Customer Service Representative is responsible for completing the day-to-day tracking and tracing of Brokerage loads. The primary focus of the Customer Service Representative is to work with Carrier Procurement and Sales to monitor on-time service and communicate any issues while maintaining a high level of customer service.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Monitor all pickups and deliveries of Brokerage loads, working closely with the operations team
- Update times and location of loads in tracking software (TMW)
- Communicate all potential service issues to Sales and Procurement
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer requests for additional information through written and verbal communication
- Act as the right hand of client’s to our customers and carriers
Working conditions:
- Working schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM EST (USA Time), Monday–Friday
- OFFICE mode of work (Belgrade, Zemun, Oracka 3)
