Key Responsibilities:

  • Align with Field Sales to optimize customer communications 
  • Achieve goals for lead qualification, quoting, order entry and status response time 
  • Follow up with leads from digital marketing, website, phone inquiries and trade shows
  • Align with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to develop and facilitate quotations
  • Assume additional responsibilities and perform special commercial projects as needed or assigned
  • Ensure that general customer service activities (quotes, acknowledgements, invoicing, status updates, RMAs, export compliance, etc.) are being administered to appropriate standards as aligned to company objectives 
  • Support contract review process related to customer Pos 
  • Resolve customer inquiries related to pricing, order status, lead times, inventory availability, tracking, and documentation
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding order delays, expediting options, and status changes
  • Log customer and sales interactions in Salesforce
  • Introduce and maintain new and existing customers to maximize revenue in the European market 
  • Build rapport with customers and work with the team to respond to customers' requirements 
  • Maintain and utilize CRM for lead management 

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (e.g. Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Economics) or related field
  • 5+ years in customer service, order management, or supply chain roles
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of shipping, inventory, and supply chain principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and reporting skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with commitment to service excellence
  • Experience in a multinational or manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with export documentation and Incoterms
  • Demonstrated interest and practical ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of work while applying good judgment and responsible use
  • Comfortable learning and adopting new AI-enabled ways of working and proactively identifying opportunities where AI can drive meaningful impact in daily activities
