Requirements and responsibilities:

• First and most important, we are looking for a decent and respectful person who strives to learn and grow personally and professionally to be the best fit for our GREAT team!
• Experience is not essential as long as you are willing to learn!
• You have excellent communication skills (verbal and written English), and you are proficient in working with computers.
• You will correspond with clients via phone and email.
• You will process new and renewal business policy transactions.
• Maintaining and managing client expiration/cancellation/warning lists to ensure continued insurance coverage for clients and maintain client happiness.
• Knowledge of Russian or Spanish is a plus.
