Customer Service Representative

We are currently looking for highly motivated and reliable candidates for a position of Brokerage Carrier Relations Representative (based in Belgrade).

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide general support for assigned customer accounts
• Follow customer-specific SOPs to ensure service quality and positive client experience
• Assist with tracking and tracing shipments
• Create and manage shipments in the TMS, including confirming addresses and scheduling appointments via phone or online portals
• Support daily operations to ensure shipment accuracy and integrity
• Work closely with Account Executives to meet specific account needs
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• High School Diploma
• Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills
• Sharing, positive and energetic team player
• Excellent computer skills
• Previous experience on similar position in brokerage is an advantage
