Customer Service Specialist – English + Dutch or French

Location: Remote

Main responsibilities:

• Daily customer contact via email and phone,
• Processing customer orders for maintenance services,
• Updating customer data to ensure the accuracy of internal records,
• Ensuring effective communication with internal departments,
• Cooperation with subcontractors to provide customers with requested services,
• Handling issues and following the designated escalation path.

Position requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar customer service position,
• Very good command of English and Dutch or French,
• Previous customer service experience in the retail or maintenance industry is desirable,
• Excellent organization of working time and ability to prioritize tasks,
• Strong problem-solving skills, proactivity and attention to detail,
• Fast comprehension and an analytical, structured way of working,
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
