Customer Service Specialist with English and German
Location: Remote
Main responsibilities:
- Daily customer contact through email and phone
- Processing customer orders for maintenance services
- Updating customer data to ensure the accuracy of internal records
- Ensuring effective communication within internal departments
- Cooperation with subcontractors in order to provide customers with requested services
- Handling issues and following the designated escalation path
Position requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Very good command of English and German
- Previous experience in a customer service position in the retail or maintenance industry is desirable
- Excellent organization of working time, including very good priority setting
- Problem-solving skills, proactiveness and attention to detail
- Fast comprehension and an analytical and structured way of working
