Position requirements:
- Enter customer orders accurately into the Navitar ERP system
- Prepare and issue order confirmations to customers
- Monitor scheduled deliveries and follow up to ensure timely execution
- Proactively communicate order status and shipping updates to customers
- Reconfirm and communicate revised shipment dates in the event of delays
- Create and process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs)
- Notify customers when orders are ready for pickup
- Act as a key operational contact for customer purchasing teams, including international customers
- Maintain accurate order, shipment, and return documentation
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support smooth order fulfillment
Position Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales administration, order management, or customer service
- Fluent in English language
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with ERP systems (Syteline or similar systems preferred)
- Ability to work effectively with international customers and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated interest and practical ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of work while applying good judgment and responsible use
- Comfortable learning and adopting new AI-enabled ways of working and proactively identifying opportunities where AI can drive meaningful impact in daily activities
