We are looking for: Customer Support Agent

Job Description:

• Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Providing accurate information about our products and services
• Identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions
• Resolving customer issues and escalating complex cases when necessary
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
• Following up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written
• Mandatory computer skills, including proficiency in the MS Office suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Previous experience in customer support, call center, or a similar customer-facing role is an advantage
• Working knowledge of Spanish or Russian language would be an asset
