Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients with professionalism and care
Book and manage reservations using our internal system
Coordinate with dispatch and drivers to ensure smooth service
Provide top-notch customer support before, during, and after rides

What We’re Looking For:
Driven individuals eager to learn and grow
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
English is mandatory, will be tested on interview - verbal
Friendly, team-oriented attitude
Basic computer skills (training provided)
Availability for evening/weekend shifts is a plus
Experience in customer service or transportation is a bonus, but not required
