What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing professional support through live chat and email. Your goal is to ensure every customer receives fast, accurate, and friendly assistance.

Your Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues while delivering an outstanding support experience.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to resolve customer requests efficiently.
  • Stay up to date with our products, services, and internal processes.
  • Contribute ideas that help improve our customer support operations.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A patient, positive, and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and confidence using online systems.
  • Availability to work in a rotating 24/7 shift schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Nice to Have

  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of cryptocurrencies.
  • Familiarity with sports betting and gambling terminology.
  • Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Slack, and Intercom.
