As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the go-to person for customers arranging premium transportation services in France — from booking to the final journey.

What you’ll do

• Communicate with customers in French & English via phone, email and other channels
• Manage reservations and make sure every journey runs smoothly
• Monitor trips in real time and proactively resolve issues
• Coordinate with chauffeurs, partners and internal teams
• Deliver a premium, personalized customer experience

What we’re looking for

• French & English – C1 level, written and spoken
• Excellent communication and a professional approach
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and solve problems proactively
• Comfortable working with digital tools and software
• Previous experience in customer support, hospitality, travel or a similar service role is a plus
