Customer Support Representative

We are hiring a Customer support representative to join our team in Kragujevac and Niš. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Communicating with customers via phone
• Responding to ongoing customer inquiries and requests
• Monitoring system changes and taking preventive actions when necessary

What You Bring:

• Advanced conversational level of English
• Spanish language proficiency is considered an advantage
• Computer literacy
• Previous customer support experience is considered an advantage
