Customer Support & Sales Agent – Dutch Language
Silver Bell Group is a dynamic, fast-growing outsourcing company partnering with more than 50 international clients across various industries.
We are currently looking for a Customer Support & Sales Agent – Dutch Language to join an international project within the hospitality and vacation rental industry.
In this role, you will support customers with inquiries related to properties, availability, bookings, and travel arrangements. The position combines customer support and sales, with a strong focus on finding suitable solutions for customers and identifying opportunities to support successful booking!
- Handle primarily inbound calls and customer inquiries regarding bookings, availability, and properties.
- Assist customers in finding suitable accommodation based on their needs and preferences.
- Recommend alternative options when the customer's first choice is unavailable.
- Convert customer inquiries into bookings through a helpful and solution-oriented sales approach.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and booking-related issues professionally.
- Make outbound calls when needed to follow up on customers or sales opportunities.
- Accurately document customer interactions and booking information.
- Collaborate with internal teams when additional support is required.
- Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2 level) is mandatory.
- Good command of English.
- Previous experience in customer support, sales, hospitality, reservations, or a similar customer-facing role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and commercially minded.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable working with calls and different computer systems.
