Customer Support Specialist – Bulgarian language

We are currently looking for communicative, reliable and customer-focused people to join our Customer Support teams.

Your responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, chat and email
• Understand customers’ needs and provide clear and effective solutions
• Assist customers with questions related to products and services
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests and solutions
• Escalate more complex inquiries to the appropriate teams when needed
• Contribute to a high-quality and positive customer experience

What we are looking for

• Fluent Bulgarian, both written and spoken
• Minimum B2 level of English
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Patience, active listening and good problem-solving skills
• Confidence in using computers and digital tools
• Reliability and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required
