Customer Support Specialist (Call Center)

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and communicative individuals to join the call center team as Customer Support Specialists. Depending on language skills, you will be responsible for providing customer support in one or more foreign languages. What We Are Looking For:

• High school diploma or university degree.
• Fluency in one of the following languages: German, Italian, Spanish
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office); CRM knowledge is a plus.
• Motivation to learn and develop within customer support.
