Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of accuracy in all customs-related procedures.
• Monitor and stay up to date with changes in customs regulations and industry requirements.
• Conduct customs clearance procedures efficiently to facilitate the legal transport of goods.
• Review, prepare, and present required paperwork and information to Customs authorities.
• Resolve customs-related issues in a timely, professional, and compliant manner.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customs compliance and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with supply chain partners to optimize customs processes and improve performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).

• Ability to work a rotating schedule, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
