Data Analyst

Eqytech operates in Belgrade, as a branch of Green Wave Electronics a leading electronics recycler based in the USA, dedicated to providing sustainable recycling solutions since 2007. 

Green Wave is an industry leader in the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and 3PL service industry, with locations in the US from coast to coast. We provide our customers with cradle to grave solutions for their IT equipment, 3PL logistics, reverse logistics, refurbishment, recycling, and remarketing. Our mission is to promote environmental responsibility through effective recycling practices while serving a diverse range of clients nationwide. 

We are seeking an analytical thinker to fill Data Analyst role, detail-driven and data oriented, for our ITAD&3PL business in the USA. The Data Analyst will not only build reports but also improve the systems behind them to support every aspect of the organization by transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive performance, profitability, and operational efficiency. This role works cross-functionally across Sales, ITAD, 3PL, Operations, Recycling, and Finance. 

This is an on-site position that requires strong focus, responsibility, and excellent English communication skills. 

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 12-8pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards across departments
• Extract and analyze data from databases, CRM platforms, and accounting systems
• Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve structured data
• Build advanced Excel models, including Macros, pivot tables, and financial analysis tools
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
• Identify trends, risks, and performance opportunities
• Work cross-functionally to define KPIs and improve reporting workflows
• Help design scalable reporting and automation systems

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Financial Analytics
• Advanced Excel skills (including Macros and complex formulas)
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Experience in creating reports from databases and accounting systems
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

• Experience in logistics, ITAD, 3PL, supply chain, or service-based industries
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Zoho Analytics, etc.)
• Exposure to process automation or workflow optimization
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and reliability.
