Who We’re Looking For

Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using SQL.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries to improve reporting efficiency.
Conduct ad hoc analyses and present findings to leadership and business teams.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance updates.
Support business planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
Advanced SQL skills, including joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, and aggregations.
Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Should have good knowledge on Apache Superset.
Knowledge of Python, R, or other data analysis tools.
Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
