Customer Relationship Management in Telenor is about engaging customers to provide value to the business. We focus on data and insights to provide personalized experience to customers. We craft and deliver campaigns and communication that drive customer interaction with us.
Your responsibilities:
- Support CRM strategy through modelling and profiling using advanced statistical techniques
- Build predictive state of the art models to address business problems
- Process unstructured data into a form suitable for analysis
- Create, implement and evaluate machine learning models
- Present information using data visualization techniques
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams when creating campaigns
- Create technical documentation and participate in documenting all data science processes
- Participate in ETL process and improvements to increase efficiency
- Detect data quality issues, identify root causes, implement fixes, and design data audits
For good start, you will need:
- University degree, preferably in economics, mathematics/statistics or engineering
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in advanced analytics and/or data science field
- Hands on experience with analytics tools (like R, Python, SPSS or similar) and SQL
- Familiarity with machine learning libraries (sklearn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, with problem solving attitude and critical thinking
- Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
- Interest in the field of big data
- Fluent in English language
