We're looking for a Data Warehouse & BI Expert to help drive smarter decisions across the KANSAI HELIOS Group. If you enjoy working with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SAP technologies, and AI, and want to make a real business impact, we'd love to hear from you.

Description of duties and responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance the data warehouse model
• Strong knowledge of reporting system tools, including:
  • SAP BW
    • Design, develop, and enhance the data warehouse model
    • Develop and customize ETL procedures for loading data into the data warehouse.
    • Develop and maintain data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
    • Monitor data loading procedures and ensure data consistency and integrity within the data warehouse.
    • Diagnose and resolve performance-related issues.
    • Manage user authorization and access rights.
    • Analyse business user requirements and prepare specifications for BI applications.
    • Develop semantic layers, metadata, and reports
    • Prepare advanced reports and analyses from the data warehouse
    • Train end users in the use of data warehouse reports

• Knowledge of advanced data platforms:
  • Microsoft Fabric
  • Power BI
  • AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot
• Coordinate external vendors and business partners
• Participate in the planning and implementation of DW/BI projects
• Maintain required records, statistics, archives, and operational documentation

We expect:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (Level VII or higher) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Accuracy, reliability, innovation, and the ability to drive change
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• A positive, solution-oriented mindset
• Motivation and a genuine interest in continuous professional and personal development
