Departmental Assistant
Main responsibilities
- Assisting with the preparation, filing and service of documents.
 - Keeping records of the department's receivables from clients.
 - Preparing and sending pro-invoices and invoices to clients.
 - Communication with departments within the firm and external parties.
 - Providing administrative assistance and enabling accurate and timely information flow.
 - Performing other administrative tasks.
 
Requirements
- Fluency in English
 - Excellent organizational skills
 - PC literacy
 - Excellent communication skills
 - Responsiveness, proactiveness, flexibility, politeness
 - Previous experience with similar duties is an advantage
