About us

Lemons and Olives has been feeding New York for 10 years. We cater photoshoots, film and production crews, corporate events, brand activations and weddings, from our kitchen in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. What sets us apart is hospitality, reliability and a whole world of people, places and culture around what we do.

The role

We're looking for a designer to own our creative marketing. You'll turn our strategy into work that looks and feels like us across every channel, and you'll be the person who keeps it consistent, on time and fresh. This is a long-term role for someone who wants to grow with a brand, not take on a one-off project.

What you'll own

• Social media: Instagram posts, Stories, carousels and Reel covers, plus LinkedIn graphics
• Email: campaign design and templates for corporate, production and event clients
• Website: page updates, new sections, imagery and seasonal refreshes
• Ads: paid social and digital ad creative, including variations for testing
• Brand consistency: keeping our visual identity sharp across everything we put out
• Planning: managing your own timeline and delivering against a content calendar

About you

• 5+ years of design experience, ideally in hospitality, food, lifestyle or brand marketing
• Highly organized, reliable with deadlines, and comfortable owning projects end to end
• Fluent in what's happening on social: formats, trends and what actually performs, with the taste to know when not to follow a trend
• Strong in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma; Canva and basic motion or video editing a plus
• Clear communicator who takes direction well and brings ideas of your own
• Comfortable working remotely with a New York team
• Looking for a long-term commitment

Details

• Part time, 15 hours per week
• Compensation: $650/month
• Remote, Europe-based
• Regular overlap with New York business hours (for example, 9am to 12pm ET / 3pm to 6pm CET) for check-ins and quick turnarounds
