Role Purpose

Responsible for overseeing the strategic, legal, administrative, and operational aspects of the Dubai Islands project, ensuring alignment between design, legal, finance, and construction teams. This role acts as the developer’s right hand, coordinating all consultants and ensuring the project progresses smoothly from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall development process, from strategic planning to execution.
Coordinate with external consultants (design, legal, finance/bookkeeping, project management, sales).
Oversee project compliance with Dubai authorities (Nakheel, RERA, DLD, Trakhees).
Manage legal and administrative matters with consultants, ensuring shareholder agreements, SPAs, escrow accounts, and licenses are in order.
Align design and technical consultants with financial and commercial goals.
Support budgeting, financial planning, and reporting in collaboration with accounting/bookkeeping consultants.
Monitor risks, propose mitigation measures, and keep management informed.
Drive long-term strategy for the project (positioning, phasing, branding, sales approach).

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Law, Business, or related field.
5+ years in real estate development or project leadership roles.
Experience working with Dubai authorities, regulations, and legal/financial frameworks.
Strong understanding of contracts, compliance, and development finance.
Ability to manage multidisciplinary consultants and teams.
Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
