Digital Learning Specialist

The Role

As part of the firm's ongoing digital transformation, our regional Learning & Development team is currently seeking a Digital Learning Specialist to join us. This role is based in our Belgrade office, and is remote-friendly: most trainings are delivered online, with occasional travel within Europe.

As a Digital Learning Specialist, you will help our people genuinely adopt new tools and ways of working, not just attend training, turning new systems into practical learning that lawyers and business services colleagues absorb and act on.

Collaboration and teamwork are highly valued within our firm. As a Digital Learning Specialist, you will work closely with our Learning & Development Manager and the wider L&D team, as well as with IT, Finance, vendors and internal experts across the firm's offices. This collaborative environment will allow you to learn new systems quickly, simplify them to what matters for the user, and build learning that works across multiple jurisdictions.

This is a development, step-up role for a confident professional with potential: someone already comfortable speaking in front of larger audiences who will further develop confident lawyer-facing delivery over the first year. Technical fluency matters, but the heart of the role is clarity, communication, and a commercial, productivity mindset. Your work will directly shape how quickly and how well change shows up in the way people work across Kinstellar.

Responsibilities Include:

• Bring new tools and smarter ways of working to life, showing colleagues how to work faster and easier, not just which features exist
• Deliver engaging training online and in person, from small teams to audiences of 15 or more
• Create digital learning people actually enjoy: short videos, e-learnings, walkthroughs and quick guides for tools like Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI legal tech
• Get hands-on with new systems alongside IT, Finance and vendors, and translate them into what really matters for busy professionals
• Help our training sessions shine, from smooth production and recording to materials that are easy to find and reuse
• Keep learning fresh as tools evolve, supporting offices across the region at their own pace

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• Around 3 to 5 years of experience (more experience is welcome), some of it delivering training, ideally including technical or tool-based sessions
• Examples of digital learning or content you have created (e-learnings, videos, guides): a portfolio or work samples
• Proven ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging and relevant learning
• Comfort and speed with digital tools and building digital learning (an authoring tool such as Articulate, Rise or EasyGenerator, video, screen-capture), or a clear appetite to learn these
• Confidence delivering on MS Teams and in person, including to audiences of 15 or more people
• Strong organisation, able to run several pieces of work at once
• Clear, engaging, pleasant and plain communication in English is a must

Nice to Have:

• Experience delivering to demanding professional audiences such as lawyers
• Familiarity with a law firm or professional services environment
• Hands-on experience with an LMS, Copilot or other AI tools, or a document management system
• Experience working across multiple offices or countries
