Digital Marketing Specialist

Brainstorm Solutions is a web development and digital marketing agency working with clients across the United States. We provide a full range of services including Digital Strategy, Web Design & Development, SEO, PPC, Social Media Management, Email Marketing, Content Creation and AI-powered marketing solutions. Our clients range from international brands to local businesses.

This position is hybrid (part office, part remote). Working hours are from 12H to 20H.

We are looking for a creative, organized and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube)
• Develop content calendars aligned with client goals and marketing strategies
• Create posts for feed and edit Reels, short-form videos, Stories and other engaging social media content
• Write compelling social media captions, website content and email newsletters
• Manage and optimize social media campaigns to increase engagement and brand awareness
• Assist with the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns PPC and email marketing
• Update website content using WordPress or Shopify
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with designers, developers and account managers on client projects
• Utilize AI tools to support content creation, research, reporting, and workflow automation
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, social media updates and emerging AI technologies

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management or a similar role
• Proven experience creating Reels, short-form videos and social media content
• Proficiency in video and image editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current best practices
• Basic knowledge of email marketing, and PPC advertising
• Experience working with WordPress and/or Shopify
• Strong organizational, multitasking and time-management skills
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
