Yettel is seeking talented and energetic person passionate about product design! Your task will be to oversee the design process from start to finish and help us to take our digital products experiences to the next level. You would be part of a product team with UX/UI designers, analysts, product managers, and marketeers responsible for all Yettel digital platforms.
We’d like you to take inputs from business stakeholders and act as a liaison between designers, developers, engineers, and researchers. Also, we are looking for a person with very good understanding of the product business goals while being mindful of the details needed to achieve them.

What we will expect from you:
- Leading live usability testing sessions to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, translating insights into actionable product improvements.
- Creating wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to illustrate design concepts.
- Developing interactive prototypes to validate design solutions and ensure design is aligned with usability standards.
- Advocating for user-centered design while respecting product business goals.
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including PMs, engineers, and marketing.
- Staying updated on UX trends and best practices to incorporate innovative approaches. Managing cross-functional Customer Experience activities
- Identifying opportunities for product improvement based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.
- Participating in regional design reviews and cooperates with regional Yettel business units working on various design solutions.
For a good start you will need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design roles, preferably within the telecommunications, finances, technology, or digital services industry
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or similar
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not mandatory but a plus)
- Confidence in defining, documenting and communicating end-to-end Customer Experience
- University degree in fields such as engineering, IT, business, and similar
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
