Digitalization Officer

The Digitalization Officer serves as the technological backbone of the production processes' digital transformation. This role is designed to bridge the gap between complex database structures and daily operational activities, ensuring that MES and ERP systems are not only technically linked but effectively integrated into the logic of shop-floor accounting and material flows, while continuously enhancing the efficiency of the entire business system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing the MES system and ensuring seamless integration with the ERP solution.
• Customizing and maintaining the MES in collaboration with the vendor following implementation.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience in implementing database applications.
• Deep understanding of data logic and data relationships.
• Ability to model real-world objects and processes through data.
• Sound knowledge of manufacturing/production processes.
• Strong understanding of business processes related to production, including:
  - Shop-floor accounting.
  - Inventory and material management.
  - Material and goods receiving.
  - Dispatching of finished products.
• A structured and systematic approach to business activities.
• University degree (preferable in Technical, Mathematical, Physics, or Organizational sciences).
