About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing & AI Growth Specialist to help improve the performance of a growing portfolio of online legal-service websites serving customers across multiple U.S. states.
Each state has its own website, advertising campaigns, customer journey and marketing setup. Our ecosystem includes Google Ads, Meta Ads, Zoho CRM, email and SMS communication, marketing automation, analytics and server-side tracking.
This is a hands-on growth role for someone who can combine digital marketing, analytics, conversion optimization, automation and AI to improve lead quality, customer conversion and overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Conversion Rate Optimization Plan and manage landing-page, funnel, offer, pricing and checkout experiments across multiple state-specific websites.
Paid Media Optimization Support the improvement of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns through better targeting, messaging, creative testing, landing-page alignment and CRM-based optimization.
CRM and Lead Optimization Analyze lead movement through Zoho CRM, identify conversion gaps and help improve lead quality, prioritization, follow-up and stage management.
AI Agents and Workflow Automation Build and improve AI-powered agents, workflows and automations for marketing, CRM, lead nurturing, internal operations and customer communication.
Marketing Analytics and Attribution Connect advertising, website and CRM data to provide clear reporting on qualified leads, paid customers, acquisition costs, revenue and profitability.
Lifecycle Marketing Create and optimize email and SMS campaigns for lead nurturing, abandoned forms, abandoned payments, inactive leads, referrals and customer re-engagement.
Customer and Conversation Intelligence Use AI and data analysis to identify common customer questions, objections, concerns and reasons for abandonment across calls, emails, chats and CRM notes.
SEO and AI Search Optimization Help improve website visibility in traditional search engines and AI-generated results, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.
Competitive and Market Research Monitor competitor offers, pricing, advertising, websites, content and market positioning to identify new growth opportunities.
Experimentation and Growth Planning Maintain a structured backlog of growth opportunities, prioritize initiatives and measure their impact on business results.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, CRO, analytics, marketing automation or a similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and customer journeys
- Experience with Google Ads and performance marketing
- Experience with landing-page and conversion-rate optimization
- Experience working with CRM systems and multi-stage lead pipelines
- Practical experience using AI tools in marketing or business operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Strong written and spoken English
- A business-oriented mindset focused on measurable outcomes, revenue and profitability
