Direct response Email Marketer for Business Coach

We’re looking for a part-time Email Copywriter to join our growing marketing team. Your main focus will be writing workflow and weekly sales emails that are aligned with our offers, content launches, and community-driven moments.

You’ll help build out our email marketing calendar, track what’s working, and create content systems that allow us to move faster and smarter. You should be someone who writes with heart and sells with strategy, and who can easily tap into our brand voice.

We’re not looking for an AI prompt operator. We can spot AI-written emails from a mile away. If you rely on AI without knowing how to elevate the output and make it sound human, this role is not for you.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

• Writing and scheduling weekly sales or nurture emails in Go High Level
• Repurposing our social media posts and membership posts into email content
• Turning YouTube videos, testimonials, or customer success stories into compelling emails
• Reviewing email performance and reporting on best-performing subject lines and formats
• Building a swipe file of winning content
• Collaborating with our team to brainstorm content and messaging ideas
• Meeting weekly to align on strategy and priorities

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience writing email copy for coaches, creators, or personal brands
• A portfolio or samples that showcase storytelling, conversion writing, and brand voice
• Strong grammar, formatting, and attention to detail
• Comfortable with Go High Level (or willing to learn quickly)
• Knows how to read email analytics and track success
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
• A proactive communicator and team player who asks smart questions and takes initiative
• Comfortable receiving feedback and improving fast
• Passionate about entrepreneurship and direct response marketing
• Available to work in the Central European Time zone

Nice to Haves (Preferred but not required):

• Experience with repurposing emails into social content
• Experience using ClickUp
• Interest in AI and Vibe Coding
