Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination with brokers and drivers
• Booking loads and planning routes
• Tracking shipments in real time
• Negotiating rates and transportation terms
• Updating data in dispatch and tracking systems
• Efficient cooperation with other teams (Accounting, Safety, Track & Trace)

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the trucking industry
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good organization, multitasking, and fast decision-making
• Knowledge of logistics processes
