Dispatcher/Dispečer

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily communication with brokers and drivers
- Book freight and plan efficient routes
- Monitor shipments in real time
- Negotiate freight rates and transportation terms
- Maintain accurate records in dispatch and tracking systems
- Collaborate effectively with other departments, including Accounting, Safety, and Track & Trace

Required Qualifications

- At least 1 year of proven experience working as a Dispatcher in the U.S. trucking industry
- Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and decision-making abilities, ability to effectively communicate and work with Owner-Operators.
