Dispatcher - experience with dispatch team needed

We are a full-service carrier specialized in Expedite, high-value and time sensitive transportation. 

We are seeking:

Dispatcher

Location: Belgrade Serbia

As a logistics coordinator you would work directly with and be trained by our COO and your tasks would range from some of the following:

·             Representing our company in a professional manor to our customers and brokers

·             Communicating with drivers and cooperating with management and co-workers

·             Planning loads and booking shipments from various load boards

·             Ensuring that transit times are possible 

·             Ensuring that drivers has enough hours per DOT regulations to successfully completing shipments

·             Building new relationships and cultivating existing ones 

·             Generating revenue for the business

As a part of the requirements needed to fill this position, we would ask that the candidate be one who is looking for a challenge where they can grow as an individual and in their career. Some of the requirements for the desired candidate are of the following:

·          College Degree (preferred)

·          Absolutely fluent in English, written and spoken  

·          Computer Skills – Microsoft Office, TMS, ETC

·          A familiarity with free markets

·          Mathematical skills

·          Social Skills 

·          Organizational Skills

·          The candidate must be an ambitious individual 

·          The candidate must be resourceful and have a creative thought process

·          Availability to work one Saturday per month
