We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team as a Dispatcher for International Ground Transport.

Location: Belgrade, Milutina Milankovića 3V

Responsibilities

• Managing customer transport platforms and entering the required data.
• Managing the internal track-and-trace platform.
• Ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
• Checking the completeness of transport documentation.
• Preparing daily reports for clients.
• Maintaining daily contact with suppliers and clients.
• Ensuring compliance with transport regulations.
• Monitoring driving time regulations.
• Managing full truckload (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) transport markets, including offers, purchase prices, and selling prices.
• Continuously optimizing transport flows and identifying alternative logistics solutions.
• Cooperating closely with other CEVA subsidiaries and departments.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of work experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, results-oriented approach.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle stressful situations effectively.
