POSITION TITLE:

Dispatcher/Reservationist in limo industry

We at Limousine Dispatch doo are seeking a Dispatcher/Reservationist, who is willing to work from home and in shifts.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Manage incoming/outgoing calls and emails
• Create reservations in client’s CRM (LimoAnywhere, Santa Cruz etc.)
• Dispatch rides and stay in touch with drivers

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:

• Very strong written and oral communication skills in English
• The ability to comprehend user queries/issues and self-driven problem-solving skills  
• High level organization, and communication skills 
• The ability to manage and action priorities whilst working very independently in a remote environment.

EXPERIENCE:

• 6+ months experience in the industry is mandatory
• Experience with Santa Cruz is mandatory
• Experience in New York limo companies is a plus

JOB SUMMARY:

• We have 2 full time positions open.
• We need to cover shifts 2pm till 10pm seven days a week and 10pm till 8am Thurs, Fri and Sat (all shown in NYC time)
