We are hiring experienced Dispatchers and/or Sales professionals for both day and overnight shifts. Responsibilities

• Negotiate and book loads for our trucks
• Build and maintain relationship with brokers
• Dispatch drivers
• Track and report load progress to brokers
• Come up with a solution for any problems that may arise
• Take emergency and non-emergency calls
• Ensure data is input correctly and in a timely manner
• Effectively communicate with the brokers and team
• Learn how to use our system
• Rapidly adapt to changes in procedures
• Ensure drivers are in compliance

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to follow procedures and regulations
• Extensive sales experience
• Experience with DAT 360 board
• Ability to remain calm in a stressful situation
• Fluent in English and Spanish required
• Incredible multitasking abilities
• Great communication skills
• Strong mathematical skills
• Ability to rapidly input information into a data entry system
• Great customer service skills
• Ability to follow through with callers
• Ability to handle high incoming call volumes
