Dispatcher

BIA Group is a fast-growing company USA Trucking Company, located in Mt Prospect IL, with office in Cacak and Kragujevac. We are currently seeking a motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Dispatcher in our company.The successful candidate will be responsible for dispatching drivers to various locations, monitoring and tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Providing logistical coordination to all cargo motor vehicles engaged in the territory of the United States;
• Negotiation for the purpose of contracting transport services and the price of the same;
• Finding new business clients, either through direct engagement or mediation;
• Fulfilling special client requirements;
• Entering data on contracted tours into the internal software;
• Issuance of confirmation to clients on the arrival of the shipment;
• Collection and processing of the signed delivery note after unloading;
• Communication with drivers and other employees;
• Performing other tasks related to the position of dispatcher, as well as other related and similar tasks of more or less complexity by order of the director.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of experience in the USA trucking industry
• Experience with Active Aero and Selectus is preferred
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• High school diploma
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work in shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
