MAX DUTY LLC IS HIRING!

We are looking for an experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our US trucking operation.

Position: Remote

Market: USA

Equipment: 53' Dry Van

Experience: Required — experienced dispatchers only

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Find and negotiate profitable loads
• Negotiate strong rates and maximize RPM
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers
• Plan efficient routes and minimize empty miles
• Track trucks and communicate with drivers
• Handle rate confirmations, check calls and paperwork
• Monitor the freight market and identify the best available loads
• Provide reliable, professional support to drivers

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience dispatching 53' Dry Van trucks
• Strong knowledge of the US freight market
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
• Experience with major load boards and TMS systems
• Good English communication skills
• Reliable, organized and results-oriented

COMPENSATION

Flexible compensation options available — choose between a fixed salary or a percentage of the truck's gross revenue.

We are looking for a dispatcher who understands the market, keeps trucks moving, negotiates strong rates and knows how to maximize weekly gross revenue.
