We're hiring: Experienced Dispatchers - Reservationists (1 position)

We are looking for experienced dispatchers - reservationistsfor a limo dispatch company specializing in luxury chauffeured transportation. This role can be performed remotely or from our office in Sombor.

Dispatcher Duties Include:

• Tracking the grid and flight schedules
• Confirming bookings and/or changes with drivers
• Staying informed on all booking requirements
• Assigning and reassigning drivers as needed
• Determining client needs based on available information and advising accordingly, always acting in the client's best interest
• Entering reservations in the designated software
• Keeping customers informed by responding to inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as required or requested

Reservationist Duties Include:

• Managing email correspondence with clients, affiliates, and other stakeholders
• Responding to rate quote requests
• Determining client needs based on reservations, work orders, or specifications received
• Entering reservations into Santa Cruz
• Keeping customers informed by responding to inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as required or requested

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to think quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience with Santa Cruz is a plus
• Fluent English required, with the ability to communicate effectively with high-end clients both verbally and in writing
• Excellent, clear, and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong intuition for anticipating and exceeding client needs
