Documentation Engineer in Electrical department 
Location: Belgrade

Primary tasks:

• Follow up if field electricians have filled out SJA (safe job analysis) before starting new installation works in the field and control if it the document is adequately filled out 
• Preparation of risk analysis documents for planned sites and uploading into company IT platform 
• Follow up of completed work on sites, checking the received electrical documents of final control for installation, communication with internal electricians and 3rd party electrical companies to ensure that all parties submitted this document for each site, and uploading into company IT platform 
• Communication with As Built department and support for questions regarding electrical documents 
  Familiarization with Norwegian regulations and standard for low-voltage electrical installations

Secondary tasks:

• Assistance with design of low-voltage electrical installations for telecommunication sites in Norway 
• Support with making internal guidelines for electrical work 
• Support with various Electrical department administration 

Ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in electrical engineering (department: power engineering / energetics / energy technologies) 
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written 
• Excellent computer skills 
• Excellent organizational and communication skills 
• Proactive approach to tasks 
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
