Love connecting with drivers, building relationships, and making things happen? We’re looking for an energetic, organized Driver Recruiter who can own the full recruiting process—from generating leads and finding great candidates to getting them onboarded and ready to roll!

What you’ll be doing:

• Generating leads and finding qualified drivers
• Calling, screening, and building relationships with candidates
• Matching drivers with the right opportunities and keeping them engaged
• Coordinating applications, required documents, and hiring steps
• Managing onboarding and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
• Keeping your pipeline moving and creating a great experience from start to finish
