Daily communication with drivers from pickup to delivery
Supporting drivers throughout the entire trip and assisting with any issues on the road
Monitoring shipment progress and ensuring on-time pickups and deliveries
Coordinating appointments and communicating with shippers, receivers, and brokers
Helping drivers resolve issues related to loading, unloading, detention, directions, paperwork, and equipment
Monitoring load securement by reviewing photos and videos submitted by drivers, ensuring all cargo is properly secured and tarped in compliance with company policies and FMCSA regulations
Updating load statuses and maintaining accurate records in the TMS
Working closely with dispatch, safety, maintenance, and accounting departments
Knowledge of HOS regulations is preferred
Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
Ready to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Previous experience in the US trucking industry is preferred
Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, communicative, and detail-oriented
Able to think logically and analytically
Ability to multitask
Ready to learn and continuously improve skills and knowledge
