We are looking for an eCommerce Coordinator to support an international digital & eCommerce team working across multiple markets worldwide.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, commercial, retail or sales-related roles who wants to deepen their eCommerce expertise in an international environment.
You do not need to be an eCommerce expert from day one. What matters most is that you are highly organized, analytical, commercially minded, fast to learn and excellent at following through.
What you will do
You will work closely with the eCommerce Lead and local distributors and markets, helping translate eCommerce priorities into strong local execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating eCommerce activities and follow-up across multiple international markets
- Working with distributors to review performance, identify gaps and agree on actions
- Preparing monthly and quarterly performance analyses and highlighting key trends and opportunities
- Turning numbers into clear charts, presentations and recommendations
- Monitoring market performance month-on-month and following up on agreed actions
- Supporting retail media, retailer advertising and lower-funnel digital activation
- Supporting Digital Shelf Excellence analysis and implementation
- Helping markets understand where execution can be improved across retailers and online channels
- Preparing meeting agendas, summaries, action points and trackers
- Following up consistently with markets, distributors and internal stakeholders
- Creating clear PowerPoint presentations, reports and educational materials
- Supporting eCommerce pilots and new initiatives
- Conducting desk research and preparing concise summaries for the team
For smaller markets, you may also conduct individual market analyses and help the team understand what is happening across retailers, marketplaces and ePharma channels.
Who we are looking for
We are particularly interested in someone who is:
- Structured and highly organized
- Fast and reliable with strong follow-through
- Comfortable coordinating several markets and stakeholders simultaneously
- Curious and eager to learn
- Open to feedback and comfortable working closely with a more experienced eCommerce lead
- Able to turn discussions into clear actions, owners and deadlines
- Comfortable working with numbers and spotting patterns or areas for improvement
- Able to communicate findings simply and visually
- Commercially minded and interested in how brands, retailers and distributors work together
- Comfortable working in a structured multinational/corporate environment
- Adaptable and collaborative rather than overly individualistic in their way of working
Experience
Ideally, you have around 2–5 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing, Sales, Commercial, Category Management, Retail Media, Marketplace Management
Experience within FMCG, consumer healthcare, ePharma, online retail or large international organizations would be especially relevant.
Experience working with retailers, distributors, online supermarkets, pharmacies or marketplaces such as Amazon is a strong advantage.
Skills
Must have:
- Excellent English, written and spoken
- Strong Excel
- Strong PowerPoint
- Ability to analyse and report performance data
- Ability to create clear graphs, summaries and presentations
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Nice to have:
- Previous eCommerce or retail media exposure
- Digital Shelf experience
- Marketplace/Amazon experience
- ePharma or online supermarket experience
- Power BI, Datorama or similar dashboard/reporting tools
- Spanish language skills
What makes someone successful in this role?
This role is less about already knowing every eCommerce tool and more about being the person who can keep multiple markets moving.
- You notice when something has not been followed up.
- You understand the numbers and can explain what changed.
- You make clear presentations rather than complicated ones.
- You capture actions from meetings and make sure they happen.
- You ask questions, learn quickly and continuously improve your eCommerce knowledge.
If that sounds like you, we would be happy to hear from you.
