The EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) position is critical for ensuring compliance and promoting a strong EHS culture within the Plant. This role focuses on developing and implementing EHS programs, delivering training, conducting audits, and supporting sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of EHS policies, procedures, and programs
  • Support routine safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
  • Help investigate incidents and near-misses and follow up on corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date EHS records and documentation
  • Participate in employee safety training and awareness programs
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as needed

Requirements:

  • Major in Health & Safety or Environmental studies, or a completed degree in a technical field
  • Strong proficiency in English both verbal and written
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in EHS preferred; fresh graduates also accepted
  • Willingness to learn
