In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our fleet and operations, providing real-time support and technical assistance to our drivers via telephone and specialized software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driver Communication: Maintain daily, clear, and professional communication with truck drivers on the road.
• Compliance Oversight: Monitor Hours of Service (HOS) logs, identify violations, and ensure strict adherence to US Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) compliance regulations.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve real-time technical issues with ELD hardware and software platforms.
  System Analysis: Analyze the performance of electronic logging systems and suggest improvements to enhance fleet efficiency.
• Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous, highly accurate digital records and documentation of driver logs and technical support tickets.
• Team Collaboration: Work independently during your shift while seamlessly coordinating handovers with the dispatch and safety teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum high school degree or equivalent.
• Experience: Prior experience with ELD platforms or a trucking and logistics background is preferred but not required. Full professional training will be provided.
• Languages: Full fluency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
• Core Skills: Exceptional multitasking ability, strong problem-solving skills, and extreme attention to detail.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating multi-screen setups, mapping software, and specialized data platforms.
  Industry Awareness: Eagerness to stay updated on modern logistics technologies, FMCSA rules, and industry trends.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Financial Reward: Competitive base salary, tailored to your experience and qualifications. Starting salary for candidates without previous experience: 80,000 RSD.
• Transportation: Convenient employee transportation is available Monday through Friday for those working the 1st and 3rd shifts, with pick-up from Sava Center.
