ELD Specialist (Hours of Service Specialist)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible ELD Specialist to join our team in Belgrade. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment, communicating with drivers, and ensuring compliance, and this could be the right opportunity for you.

Duties that are expected to be performed:

• Monitoring driver's hours spent driving,
• Supervision of drivers’ logs,
• Updating equipment data (e.g. checking whether the correct number of trailers and trucks are entered),
• Monitoring whether drivers are driving according to regulations and timely communication about the potential violation,
• Drawing attention to possible irregularities, as well as coordination in order to avoid violations,
• Direct contact with drivers, as part of the three-time violation rule;
• In case of failure of the ELD equipment on the road, support to the driver
• Writing reports to the accounting department regarding the use of the fleet when truck is used in private purposes;
• HoS orientation with new drivers;
• Taking care of the correctness of the equipment and its use;
• Checking whether the shipping documents (BOL) are updated and regular.

Qualifications and characteristics needed:

• Experience in a similar role is a strong advantage
• Must be able to work form our Belgrade office, no remote options available
• Strong attention to detail, nothing can slips past you
• Clear, professional communication style
• Comfortable working with drivers from diverse backgrounds
• Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Tech-savvy (Excel, Google Workspace, general system navigation)
• Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented
