Job Title: ELD specialist (Hours of Service specialist)

Location:Niš office, based in EI. This is a fully on-site role. We value face-to-face collaboration and believe the best results come from working together in the same environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Keeping track of driver Hours of Service (HoS) to ensure safe and legal driving practices
• Reviewing and supervising driver logs for accuracy and compliance
• Monitoring driving behavior to ensure it's in line with regulations, and proactively addressing any potential violations
• Flagging irregularities and working with other departments to prevent future issues
• Communicating directly with drivers, especially when it comes to repeated violations
• Providing support to drivers on the road in case of ELD (electronic logging device) malfunctions
• Ensuring proper use and condition of tracking and logging equipment
• Assisting drivers with minor ELD troubleshooting

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous ELD experience is not required, but will be considered an advantage
• High proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Proficient in digital tools, including Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
• Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Open-minded and culturally aware, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
