ELD Specialist

Job Description

• Monitor and manage ELD systems and driver logs
• Monitor Hours of Service (HOS) and ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations
• Communicate with drivers and the Fleet/Operations teams
• Identify and resolve ELD-related issues and violations
• Monitor data and prepare reports
• Respond promptly to issues related to driver logs and statuses
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure an efficient workflow

Requirements

• Previous experience with ELD systems or in the trucking industry is a plus
• Good command of English
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
