What we are looking for:

  • Controlling hours drivers spend on the road and checking ELD
  • Staying in touch with the newest ELD rules and changes from the FMCSA
  • Taking care of every ELD to be clear
  • Maintaining logbooks for drivers
  • Helping drivers with ELD
  • Managing problems with ELD devices
  • Checking drivers with their usage of ELD, as it needs to be done in accordance with regulations and the law of driving in USA
  • Submitting all info about new trucks and trailers into the system
  • Tracking trucks and trailers schedule and switches
  • Communication with drivers, dispatchers and other departments using all channels and ways of communication

Our ideal candidate is someone who is:

  • Ready to work in 3 shifts schedule (morning, afternoon and night)
  • Ready to work on the weekends the same as on the work days
  • Experience in this kind of business is a plus, but it's not a necessity (training is provided for those without experience)
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Looking forward to learn and develop more
  • Team player
  • Organized, focused, communicative and detail-oriented
